04. Contract Vehicle Options
Pilot Agreement
500–1,000 units with 12-month monitoring at a fixed price. Ideal for operational testing and evaluation (OT&E).
IDIQ (5-Year)
Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. Ceiling prices locked for duration. Best value for sustained deployments.
SBIR/STTR Phase II
Custom R&D partnership for high-level technical integration or bespoke feature development requirements.
- All pricing is FOB Origin (New York).
- Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks for pilot quantities; 8–12 weeks for full-rate production lots.
- Berry Amendment exempt per DFARS 225.7002-1 as standalone electronics. No domestic textile sourcing requirements apply.
- Payment terms: Net 30. Accepts GPC (Government Purchase Cards) and DD Form 1155.
- SBA Registered Small Business.
- Cage Code and UEI available upon formal Request for Information (RFI).
- Pricing valid for 180 days from the effective date listed above.
