Return and Refund Policy

Physical products
Clear terms for every order.
Bea18llc accepts returns of physical products that are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customers must request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@bea18llc.com with their order number and reason for the return.
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Bea18llc sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Bea18llc.
This policy applies to physical products only. Any monitoring subscription will require separate cancellation terms.
