Configured for <5 sec sideline swap. No wrench. Twist, click, locked. Current football M5/M6 requires tool and has no torque confirmation.
Visual lock indicator color band
Band configured to be visible when not seated, concealed when fully seated. Gives player/coach instant visual confirmation. Football has none today.
Audible / tactile snap
Detent configured to provide audible snap and tactile feedback when locked. No more guessing if stud is tight.
Anti-looseness retention
Nylon patch or deformable washer configured to resist vibrational loosening during play. Solves loosening complaint in Nike/Puma M5 kits.
Universal M5/M6 receptacle
Receptacle configured to physically accept both M5 and M6 threads without cross-threading. Market today explicitly incompatible — M5 does not fit M6 and vice versa. This is first universal.
Multi-surface color-coded kit

Attorney Insert — Independent Claims — Provisional Draft (Claims 1-6)
Claim 1 (System): An interchangeable cleat stud system configured for a football outsole, comprising: a receptacle housing integrated into the outsole, said housing defining a bayonet channel configured to receive a stud head via quarter-turn rotation of less than 120 degrees; a stud having a ground-engaging tip and a locking head, said locking head configured to engage said bayonet channel; and a resilient detent member configured to provide at least one of an audible snap and a tactile click upon full seating, wherein said system is configured to allow sideline replacement in less than five seconds without a tool.
Claim 2 (Visual Indicator): The system of Claim 1, further comprising a visual lock band disposed on at least one of the receptacle and the stud, wherein the band is configured to be visible when the stud is not fully seated and concealed when the stud is fully seated, providing a binary locked/unlocked indicator.
Claim 3 (Anti-Looseness): The system of Claim 1, further comprising a retention element selected from a nylon thread patch and a deformable washer, said element configured to increase rotational resistance after seating and to resist vibrational loosening during play.
Claim 4 (Universal M5/M6): The system of Claim 1, wherein the receptacle is further configured as a universal receptacle having a first threaded section dimensioned for M5 and a second threaded section dimensioned for M6, said receptacle configured to accept both M5 and M6 studs without cross-threading, and further comprising a bayonet lock configured to secure either size after thread engagement.
Claim 5 (Slanted-Toe Layout): The system of Claim 1, wherein said receptacle housing is positioned in an outsole having a slanted toe architecture, said architecture configured with a medial-to-lateral slant and wherein a plurality of said receptacles are mapped to metatarsal pressure zones defined by the slanted toe.
Claim 6 (Sealed Cavity Integration): The system of Claim 1, further comprising an insole having at least one sealed cavity, said cavity configured to receive at least one of a GPS tracking device and a medical sensor board, wherein the cavity is integrated with the outsole stud layout and wherein the holder sample demonstrates a rounded iTag cavity and a sealed foam structure configured to protect contents from moisture and debris.
